2 day programme - 17th/18th June 2008 or 21st/22nd July 2008
This programme will support you to explore your inner core and real purpose as a leader. You will engage with your authenticity, your integrity, your gravitas, your presence, and your humanity. Through a series of experiential activities and engaging discussions you will discover deeper layers of
your own potential and power. This programme is aimed at Senior Leaders and Managers.

Communicating with Influence
1 day programme with pre/post coaching - 1st July 2008 or 15th July 2008
It is important to tailor our communication to maximise receptivity and minimise resistance. This can be achieved through creating the right conditions, communicating the right context and building the right relationships. The programme will kick start your ability to communicate with new precision and confidence; achieving better results for and from yourself, your colleagues and those you manage.

For 'Communicating with Influence' and 'Why should anyone be led by you', your organisation could benefit from one fully funded place, or we could arrange funding for £750 to go towards one 'NLP' place. You can obtain up to £1000 of funding: £500 being a payment without contribution and £500 providing you match the contribution. So in effect you could have £1500 of training for £500. The criteria for funding are 10 - 250 employees and the funding is for Owner/Director/Senior Manager space. You would not be eligible if you have claimed Train to Gain Leadership Development funding in the last 12 months. Funding applies to organisations in public and private sector.
