The Role of a Senior Buyer: Contribute to determining the company policy, strategy, goals – communicate and promote the policy. Working closely with other senior members of staff to resolve any difficulties that might inhibit the company’s projected goals. Ensure targets are monitored and endeavour to ensure the budgeted figures are not exceeded. Develop partnerships and relationships with new and existing suppliers. Partake in price forecasting
Key Skills: Senior buying within a manufacturing environment, experience of working with and managing a large budget, commutable to Suffolk. You will be used to dealing and liaising with various departments and clients.
Benefits: 11 month contract, possible extensions
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum pro rata
